Furnished spaces will be considered as occupied.
Additional measurements such as patios, sidewalks, overhangs, ceiling heights, photos, etc and design for a project will be billed at a rate of $95.00/hour.
CAD dwg requests after one year on already executed projects will be charged a 100/file minimum and is dependent on project scale.
Credit cards accepted with an additional 4% process fee or Zelle. |
